At least I’m posting something about the Yaoi Con of San Francisco. Sorry for the delay. >o<

With the jetlag and my days so busy there I needed time before posting something.

Yaoi Con was so great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never thank enough my publisher to bring me there. She was so nice with me all the time and her staff was so great.

Dark Prince 3 was available for this con and we sold all the copies. As an industry guest I signed the books (and Yamila Abraham the writer of Dark Prince too) and I could talk and meet some people I knew from YG. It’s just so awesome to put a face with their name!

I just hope that people didn’t think my English accent was too weird. >w< (French girl here you know)

Since my days at the con were so busy I couldn’t go to see Lynn Flewelling or Nase Yamato and have a signature from them. *cries*

But I could see Nase Yamato because she was walking around in the dealer’s room and stop by Yaoi Press booth. I didn’t pay attention at first because I was working on a sketch (a hot guy with cat ears) and sensei told me some words about it. One of the women with her told me that she liked very much the drawing I was making. I was so happy! Yamila gave her the Dark Prince books as a gift and I give to Nase Yamato the drawing I was making. One of the women told me that I had a real talent. *walked on a cloud there* And sensei looks like she was very happy that I give her this sketch.

I could go to 3 events: the Amv contest, the Cosplay and the Bishounen Auction.

There were really good amv and of all kinds. It was so hard to choose between the 30 clip videos!! The one who made me laugh my ass off was the last one ‘The Harassment of Kyon Mysterious Ryder’.  I hope to see it again. It was so good!

Then the cosplay: Oh my god what a good laugh I had from time to time. The girl who was doing Gaara was so cool!!!!

And the Bishounen Auction!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kyaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!! What can I say? For 2 hours sexy guys are dancing, stripping, and groping each other, kissing, touching. They were alone by pair or by group and they all make a little show. I loved very much the one where vampires and humans were fighting (and sucking) each other. (Hey vampires suck blood! Get off your mind of the gutter!) They were wearing 18^th century clothes and the leader of the vampires was Lestat. They fired with 18^th riffles too and they put a real coffin in the stage with Lestat inside. Wow!

The guy cosplaying Kurogane from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles was so fun! He had a little white Mokona hunged up on his crotch and he was dancing on the tralala song (touch my tralalala) while rolling his hips and of course the Mokona was balloted everywhere. XD

They were all kind of bishies: vampires, warriors, ninja (from Naruto), devil, SM one (the spanking was fun to watch) and so much more.

And you can give tips to the bishounen and gets a hug from them too.

If only we could have something like this in a French Con!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After the Con I visited a little San Francisco before departing to France and I went to the Golden Gate Bridge, Japan Town, China Town with Yamila. I bought a top, a new luggage (I had a problem with mine) and while sitting and drinking on a milkshake I saw 2 cops enter the café where we were. We talk with them and one of them wanted to see what I was drawing. I lend him a Dark Prince book I had in my bag pack and he looked at it till the end of the pages. I was so blushing!

Unfortunately I had to leave to my home. The trip was too short!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to come back soon. San Francisco people are so friendly! They smile and talk to you even if you didn’t know each other. They are so open. It was a really good surprise.
